It’s made from 3D floral tulle fabric, lined with stretchy jersey fabric to give you the perfect fitted silhouette. The dress is structured internally without any visible boning. Rowan features a straight neckline, zipper in the middle back of the dress and a slit to make it easy movement. This dress is effortlessly beautiful and will turn heads at any event you attend.Â
